I too am looking for the "tool". I found the scanguage II on IPD and verified it will not reset the '98 with IPD customer service. I'm under the understanding that the '98 does not use a fully compliant ODB II protocol. That's why typical reset'ers won't reset the light. I see a Draper on fleabay ...
