What Engine oil do you think would be good for 97 850 T5 168.000 miles? My Mechanic told me that The 97 850 T5 doesn't have a filter when changing the Transmission oil. Is that true?

I forgot to tell you that I also did a tune-up and changed the oil. I used valvoline 10w-40 synthetic high mileage. What oil do you think would be good for 97 850 T5 168.000 miles.

From the exhaust. I think is white bleu. It was bad in the winter, but Lately when I replaced the PCV and the hoses, I can only see it when I start the car especially in the morning for less than 11 second.

Hello, my name is Marc. I have 97 850 t5. I had leak and smoke problems. I fixed the PCV and replaced all hoses related to PCV, but I still see smoke. Any advises will help.
