Have 1997 with 170k miles on it. Get a respectable 22 around town, 27 down the highway at 70+. Keep it tuned up and make sure using 92 octane. MPG falls quickly when trying to save a few $ with 87 octane, plus burns up the spark plugs quickly.....

Wasn't the dimmer switch. Took the replaced bulbs out in reverse order. The 2nd to last one in the wife had crossed the replacement bulb wires on the base. She uncrossed and now all is good.
