I just purchased a new front drivers side turn signal assembly from IPD. The new one and the old one are a touch different. I trimmed out some of the plastic in muliple areas but it just doesn't seem to want to click in. Am I messing something? Thanks.

No, it doesn't die or loose any acceleration. It just in that zone and once your above it (or below it) it stops and the car is normal.

My girlfriend has a 99 S80 that has been cutting out at 45-50 mph but it only does it in this short window.
