YEs you can. Just go to Walmart or where ever and there will be a book with the light bulbs. Look up your model of car and get the number of the bulb you need. At least that is how I always do it.

Ahh, so no performance gains or anything. They look cooler, but I am not sure if the price difference is worth it. Especially considering at 10 years old now, ANY new hoses would likely outlast the car.
