Pulled car into garage to do some maintenance work. I wanted to move forward just a bit farther and the car won't start. All warning light illuminate and the battery is nearly new (one month old). It has done this before, but then started on the next try. Not sure what is going on.

In the midst of a single digit cold snap, my battery died. I went to open the hood and the plastic "T" shaped latch release broke. How do I open the hood now to recharge/replace said battery?

I find many devices to read the codes for 850's 96 and newer, but where do I find one to read the codes for my '94?

I pulled codes:
131 - no rpm signal
241 - low egr flow
314 - no cam signal
Replaced cam sensor, fuel filter, spark plugs, dist. cap and rotor. Runs like a champ. Fuel economy has increased to 30+ mpg.

1994 850 n/a developed a problem. Backed out of drive-way and car died. Ran fine for the 40 mile commute. Started fine in parking lot, ran a few minutes and died and had problems re-starting. Once restarted, ran fine for the 40 miles home. This car runs like a champ normally. Not a miss nor a hiccup...

Code P0088 Fuel Rail, pressure too high. Replaced fuel pressure regulator in the V50.

Just had the 60,000 mile service done and the spark plugs replaced at that time. The car has 66,500 miles currently. I don't know what the new spark plugs are.

'05 V50 is missing, surging under load. Pulled off of hwy. and gave one large miss and then ran fine. Is it fuel delivery related? I get no error message or check engine light.
