What leads you to the conclusion that the "speed sensor" needs to be replaced? Are you getting a CEL and associated error code? What's the code?

I would like to know the location on the transmission of the speedometer sensor (Speed sensor). It needs to be replaced and can't seem to locate it easilyon the trans. 1999 S70. 1999 S70
I have a 1999 S70 that has a bad throttle body, I pulled one off a good running wreck and installed it. The car is now running worse with the replacement, I was told that VOLVO will have to marry the new throttle body to the car. Does anyone have any information?
