^Oy! the price difference is pretty huge. Is it honestly worth it to buy the more expensive hoses? The folks at brickboard say the aftermarket hoses are basically crap and rot after a few years, but it is so tempting to go with the aftermarket hoses because they are so much cheaper.

I had an overheating event in my 1991 740 Turbo due to a bad expansion tank hose, so I am replacing all coolant system hoses, though I am looking to buy Volvo manufactured hoses because according to some, they rot less and last much much longer.
