Yes a good point Abscate. The NoX limit changed from 1.5 to 2.0. Perhaps the limit was set wrong for a car of it's age first time around. Take a look in the spare tire compartment. There is a 17" tire on a rim. Can't recall what it looked like, I never had to use the spare.

I paid $5K for the car in 2013 with about 120K on the clock. There were 4 black steel wheels on it then so I bought a couple sets of used Volvo wheels so I could swap snows without the tire store.
