Yes, BEJ. As of this morning, im getting no sound from anything. The tape deck works and I can hear the CD spin, but no sound at all. I did pull out the head unit to see if any wires are loose but not appear to be.

Turned on the car this morning, listened to NPR for about three minutes, and then no sound from my speakers. I look at the dash, my stereo is all lit. So I change to another station, I can hear it for about two minutes, then it also cuts out. On my lunch break right now, and I've got no sound at all...

the 0717 is a input speed sensor circuit fault in the tranny iirc, and the 1618 is from a dirty connector/bad ecu communication, I think. Did any wires get damaged during the swap?

Just wondering, when you first take off from a stop, or reverse from a driveway, etc., do you hear a small knock/bump as well? when you screwed the sensor back in, did you disconnect the battery and do a reset then? Although, if it was completely out of the cat, and didnt throw codes then... I'd suspect that reset or no, the O2 might be bad.

You can always try heat as well; MAP gas or propane torches really help! When I did mine, the bolts came out ok (with a bit of heat), but it was 'glued' to the knuckle, a few whacks with a rubber mallet might help you in removing the 4 bolts, and the hub itself..
