Boy can I feel you brother. You would think after having and working on two others I would give up but no, and R series shows up I can't resist another project. Our love for these cars are a sickness that can't be stopped. :) Least my weekends working on car keeps me from shopping and yard work. Ow...

Actually I would love to! But I just got graduated as an MD. So my budget is very limited... but... I still love my Volvo as much as the day I bought it. I'll look forward to fix it ASAP. Thanks for the advise I'll keep it in mind!

( Sigh ) I'm fried.. this is really expensive in my country... and as I see there is no other option but to buy a new radiator... I had a few days ago the same "hairline" crack at the front passenger side...
