Hi, 94 940 won't start. Cranks but won't start , here are the things that I checked. Crank senior , fuel injection relay,fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, ignition wires, ignition coil( Regina) can't figure out what the problem is. Please help

This engine was a salvage engine I pulled from a yard in PA. I was thinking that because it had not been run in a while water my have gotten to the to the piston rings.

Hi to everybody , I have 1997 volvo 960 when the engine is idling oil is shooting up from the dipstick and the intake. I think it's the piston rings.
