The head lights on my V50 seem very DIM.

I am looking to replace them with either an HID or LED kit.

It has the projector style head lights, how can I go about this correctly?

car seems to be fine all around, power is there when requested, monitoring fuel consumption, if I do determine it to be less than normal what would be the correct fix?
