I think I have some left over parts,...bearing bolts, axle bolt, caliper bolts from my last bearing job. I would also check the geometry, in case it's bad it could make the tires go noisy. It should be ok though if the tires wear uniformly. Make sure tires have good pressure. Many cheapo pressure gauges sold in stores are known to be terribly inaccurate; a difference of 10 psi can cause a pretty defla...

Thanks so much Abscate! I have yet to do a wheel bearing for a Volvo. Although it did seem to be a quickly consumed part on my old protege, years ago. It would make a different noise though, a click-click-clink noise when turning. It could be all the potholes in Montreal. I love crossing into the St...

V70 droning noise goes away when turn sharp right
Hello Everyone, I have a 2001 V70 2.4t and it makes an annoying drone type of noise. The faster you go the louder it gets. While driving about low 50km/h / 35mph I shifted in to neutral to see if the noise would go away or change. No such luck. I tried turning off the ignition, but again, the dronin...
