1991 740 car horn.

I shut the door and now when I start the car or put it in acc the horn sounds. I tried to remove the quick disconect that goes to I think the clock spring but it still sounds.

When I turn on the car to on the needle goes up to around 30mph, the problem is in the harnes but what wire. I know it is not a cluster problem because I swaped out the cluster. When I drive it regesters the speed well.
