Can someone please tell me the location of the wiper motor relay in a 2000 S40?

Wipers won't go down
I have a 2000 s40 and when i turn off the wipers, it doesn't go all the way down, just stays wherever you turn it off..the intermittent option doesn't work either..i changed the motor...no luck..kindly assist
