I just found same thing in our '04 XC90. Vaccumed out 3+ gallons of water from under mats, and mats were sopping wet, moldy and stinking! See the posts on the drain tubes and the wind shield and will try those fixes. Does anyone else feel this is a design error and should be Volvo's repair problem? ...
