It's a year old. I was told by the Volvo dealer that the B + cable needed to be replaced but another shop told me it was fine. What would that have to do with the car not moving forward in drive?

Something really wierd happened yesterday. We were out driving and when we got home and on the driveway the car stopped accelerating. Hmmmm. Not sure why you say that. I did replace just the mast. Once I got past removing the nut it just took a few tries to suck it in. The old mast did not break off inside the motor so I got lucky there.

Morning, I have my replacement mast and it looks the same length as the broken one. I don't believe any of it is left in the motor. So, I'm stuck at step 1. I can't remove the nut/bushing. All's I've managed to do is scrap the paint off of it :( The nut turns and turns and turns but doesn't seem to ...
