I picked up this nice car a couple weeks ago at an insurance auction. Broken tail light and a small wrinkle (4"x6") in the right rear panel. Got it with 83,000 miles on it and it runs like a top, save for my previous question about the turn signals. My question is what the heck is a 965 mo...

My difficulty is that my turn signals and flashers do not work. The bulbs and fuses appear to be fine. Any ideas?
