It's a burnt valve...

Did a leak down test this past weekend.

Seems to be a leaking exhaust valve.

Is it possible to have a burnt valve in 15k miles of use?

Any other reasons that an exhaust valve would be leaking?

1995 850GLT for sale in northeast Georgia for $1350 of best offer. Has 130K on it now. I rebuilt the head at 115K. Now has misfire codes and low compression on cyl #4. I checked the compression again on #4 last night after my Italian tune up Sunday evening. It is now reading at 20 psi instead of 0 so maybe it is getting better.

I will do another run later this week before trying Seafoam.

I'm not interested in rebuilding the head again.

If Seafoam doesn't help, then I'm going to get rid of it.

I'm going to see if I can rent a leak down tester from autozone to see where the problem is.

I don't think that I want to pull the head again.
