98 V70, standard shift. Every winter, on al my cars, i disconnect the wire that energizes the compressor. It keeps it from running while defrost is on. All has been good. bought a used OEM cam position sensor, and still no start. Fuel rail has gas in it, but not at a hi pressure when i unload the schrader valve. It just rolls out. Where do i look next? Spark seems ok, pulled 1 plug and cranked, it sparks every few seconds/cranks.

yup, bad. Wires are open, I can wiggle it at the sensor and get spark. 145 for an aftermarket one. Will check IPD

fuel isnt the problem now. Plugs are wet. No spark,intermittantly. It started and ran for 45 seconds, then no spark. Ohming the disconnected cam position sensor, and have no continuity between the 3 pins

OK, on my 98 V70, the driver seat bottom creaks when i shift, and its driving me crazy. i can lift up on the seat bolster and feel a small amount of play, yet nothing visibly cracked or broken. I have tightened up all bolts, none of which were loose. Any ideas or have any of ya had this problem?

Thanks,Charly, for the input. I work for a Swiss company here in the US. After getting my tool-room guys involved, we decided to remove the round part, and will build what i need, to accept a 1 1/4" drawbar. Its easy with experienced metal guys.
