What year and model did they come from?

Forgot to update on this.. Volvo and Bosch seals were identical.. what sounded to be an air leak/no seal situation was actually a starving fuel pump due to the FPS (fuel pressure sensor) that was errant and had been replaced.. changed out the FPS, and problem was solved!

@chuckkey and @ziggy… Are you able to power cycle the radio to get it to play again?

@jtmccue.. when your radio comes on can you turn your steering wheel right and left really fast and change the volume?

These might be related to the clock-spring wiring in the steering wheel, the wire interface ...
