Joe, I had the exact same problem. Turned out that our a/c needed to be topped off with refrigerant. Basically they recharged the refrigerant/coolant (r134a) in the a/c system. By recharging, I mean they topped it off. Adding just a small amount of refrigerant to a low system can make a big differen...
