O2S11 : Stands for O2 Sensor, Bank 1, Sensor 1 (Front)
O2S12: Stands for O2 Sensor, Bank 1, Sensor 2 (Rear)
The first # is the Bank (on a V Motor (6,8,10,12) you'd have two banks and a lot of times 4 sensors, thus why they break it down this way.
