Dear Bill, thanks for ur replay , the 14 ,13.5 was when the engine is off , that make me wander too , i thought that the car battery is 12 volt ? may be the voltmeter was not calibrated or have error ? now i changed my battery with my dads car battery , it is 55 amp , and will see if it will cut off...
