I gave up the lens sanding project and ordered new clear glass headlight assemblies from Amazon.

ecbsykes - How were you able to buy (cheap) clear lens headlight assemblies from IPD? I can't see any on their website.
I started sanding my old headlight lens.

Wanted: "Jewel" (clear glass) headlights and turn signals from a 2003-2004 C70, cheap. Minneapolis/St.Paul

Who sells the 2" sanding discs needed for this project?
Are your original high beams still operational?
Are the HID lights wired in conjunction with your high beams or are they completely separate?
Do I need (is it good to get) something called Canbus:H7?

Your wife may be right, depending on how many usable cars you have and what else needs to be fixed on this car.
