Thank you for the advice. I did not have a way to get the car high enough to turn the muffler vertical so I did wind up cutting the tail pipe hanger off to get it over the axle. (I needed a better jack than what I had available.) Then it went in just like you said.

My understanding is a bad MAF will cause a no start. To test disconnect the MAF and see if it starts- if it does it's very likely the MAF is bad. Check with Ohmmeter to verify.

The coil on my 94 850 bought the farm with about 188,000 miles on it. I purchased the one shown from FCP or Eeuro but it looks a bit different from the original coil installed in '94. I would have went to a yard but I needed my car working to get to work.

Do you mean FTE seals or ATE? IPD and Euro sell the FTE, but I think your telling me to go with the OEM manufacturer.
