I think my turbo is screwed.

Well, I found oil in the innercooler telling me that the problem is the turbo. Am I wrong?

Compression checks ok @ 150psi ea cyl. I can't find anything on vacuum sys. Thinking oil being pulled into intake. Can someone explain this system? Here is a pic of my vacuum pump?

Car starts and runs fine. No real loss of coolant. Excessive amount of white smoke out of exhaust. A small amount of smoke coming out from engine. Can't quite see where. Looks as if the coolant level is only dropping as far as the last 1/4 inch of the expansion tank. I can't see a leak there however. The coolant cap is the old gray stock one. I found the problem. I took out the blower motor. I could turn it by hand but didn't move as freely as it should. I took motor out of plastic housing.
