The flashing relay problem. The relay located under the stearing wheel... just buy it from car part shop... GBP 5.00

i got a problem with my turn lights signal. my turn light signal not blinking [both side], but when the hazard light working find. I already check all the bulb. It look ok. Anyone can help?
