OK the codes are 211 & 414, I turned the car off and back on to reset the codes but I still got the same codes.

how do I check the codes?

1993 850 GLt 174K. Started a few days ago. When I turn the car on the AC & REC lights blink about 18 times then goes out. Any ideas what this code is for.
