Hi Guys, I got my 2000 volvo s80 6 years ago at 55k mileage, and now it's 90k mileage. I haven't never changed brakes, just wonder when is the right time to change brakes? at what mileage? should I change four of them all together?

Thanks for reading, 2000 S80, it starts beeping after I lock it, it's the siren beeping in a low volume. Dealer said its "Siren Fault", cost $450 to repair it. I was wondering, is there anyway I could repair it by myself? Do I need a new siren or what? Any suggestions will be appreciated!!...
