ok found a post on how to check the relay. it cliks when touchign either the white/yellow or yellow wire... grabed the fan it it's locked up its hard for me just to spin it kinda like the bearings got rusted inside

I removed the coolant temperature sensor( located by thermostat) and jumped the connection on the harness. turned the key on but not the car.... no dice.. turned on the car...no dice... Temperature at normal and i turned on the a/c compressor is cycling on and of so i know its on and.. the fan is ...

long story short, car never over heated coolant would come out of the cap. Replaced the cap with a new one OEM and it still poped a few times. Well i replaced the head gasket as exhaust gases were entering the system.

Car sat for a few months turned it on and ran it for a while today before taking ...

Thank you for looking, I just wanted to be sure so i can go over them. I made them very firm and then tightened a little more. I guess my downfall was that i re-used the brass crush washers . now i need to find some new ones locally b/c paying shipping would not be worth it

So here is the short of it

What is the torque on the banjo 17 mm bolts on the turbo, any trick on a tool to get the job done easy , i ca no longer tighten it without striping the bolt due to the angle/room available

Engine head gasket seals, oil PVC system and turbo cleaned blah blah,

it did help but i removed the head and cleaned everything up and some of the marks got dissolved.

Ok Just to be sure. Are you supposed to line up the crankshaft like example "A or B" or do you line it up down the center like it's shown on the picture?

So this is where i am at now and i triple checked to make sure the crankshaft was centered and my exhaust seems to be the same perfect from what i can tell but the Intake now more counter clockwise and the belt from intake camshaft down to the crankshaft is very tight and i can't imagine if i am off ...
