Glad I found this post! I got the door apart and figured it to be an easy fix as I saw the exact same thing on the rear pin. However, I looked to the front arm and pin and saw this. How does this happen and how can I even replace this?

Thanks. I ended up replacing all of them and they're all now operable. Two of them completely disintegrated in my hands while I was pulling them off the bulb...

Now on to my next projects for this vehicle, which are numerous to say the least.

Recently had dipped beam failure message. Replaced the bulb and still the drivers side dipped beam is not working. High beam works fine though (same bulb or both). Check the fuse, looked fine, but replaced anyway...still not working. Any suggestions?
