You need an SRS module. I know of no way to clear that. The people at XEMODEX may have a way now. Utility knife repeated passes or a straight piece of metal held by clamps and then use a drill held against edge and pushed sideways to nubble plastic are ways I do it.
That bolt and fender washer looks scary. Hitch pin or 5/8 bolt 3 inches long with nut and lock washer are secure.

whenever a line is open on brake system and you don't want fluid to drain you stop this by depressing the brake pedal 1 inch or more. The piston seals are in front of the fill hole if the piston is pushed a short distance in bore and that stops the flow.

There will be a fault code when codes for the entire car are read out but otherwise no ill effects. I bet a resistor, even a bulb in a two wire socket hidden above headliner would stop the fault code. The monitoring module applies a minuscule current and detects continuity with an intact windshield,...

The reason is simple: on the the 99-2001, the exhaust VVT has a spring. I just got back from towing my tractor after a brief fierce rain storm. My dual rear truck hydroplaned at 65 MPH and did something like you described. Thecharcoal canisters can release some the activated charcoal and it sticks the EVAP purge valves open. They added a simple lawnmower fuel filter to stop the charcoal migration. The death of angle gears is almost always because the viscous coupling seizes and the rpm differential that the VC provides isn't there. The Immobilizer module is in the obdII line to ECM, they use the wire for diag and for immo communication. I don't have a wiring diagram handy but you unplug immo box and jumper the pin in from diag port and the one out to ECM and then try diagnostics with ECM.
