I Jumped it with the paper clip, it started smoking... So I got to thinking, what if the issue was corrosion and buildup in the outlet, so I tried putting the Relay back... And it worked! Now, the vehicle is running, so I've got to find another issue to pick on Perhaps the Head Liner

Yep, its actually the first thing I did, Its got about 1/2 tank in it. The pump used to run when I turned accessory on, but now it does not. I will try jumping it, I'm thinking a thick paper clip will work (Correct?).
