You should be able to purchase a battery cable at most auto parts stores or farm store. Measure the length of cable you need and purchase one that long. Was concerned about high cost of pump with pulley - dealer quoted > $450.
Local salvage yard had pump with pulley for $57. I felt lucky. Came from engine with less miles than the 80,000 on mine.
