Greetings, I am a Saab tuner, but I am posting here for a friend. He recently purchased a 3BarRacing Basic Boost Controller. I am wondering if there are some Volvo specific directions for this. I tried plugging it in and am not seeing any difference. I think I have it in the wrong vacuum line though...
