First on my 2006 XC 90, the gear wont shift from park position, but started fine. I removed the gear shift cover and moved the yellow cable and that released vthe gear shift. And now the car will not start. help. Tinny

I cannot find instructions to over-ride shift lock.The key operates normally and can be reoved normally. The car is very cleaqn allover and there are no spills, etc.

My car had been running fine. was garaged for a couple of months. It starts fine.
