I believe that one of my plastic tabs is broken. I gently tightened down the four bolt and the bolt farthest to the passenger side turned easily and that's where the squeek is located. How do I replace that one plastic tab?

Where is the purge valve located? I have a p0442 leak and I've changed out the gas cap and j hose at the evap canister. Thanks,
