finally settled :(
Last week they finally gave me a check for $2600, and I had to haggle with them and produce receipts and it took forever to get them up from $1700. Everytime I talked to them they were like "oh, I didn't notice the leather seats" and "you had a glass moon roof?" I had to have the...

How much do you think this damage will cost?
I was rear ended at a yield sign, and the other driver has insurance, but everytime someone hits one of my used cars, I end up loosing out when they total it, because the value or whatever is low due to age and miles on an otherwise great car. I have put a lot of money in this car over the years, mo...

yeah, I've frozen a few beers by accident. Put a couple of bottles of Lone Star (the national beer of Texas) in the freezer, was already drunk, and forgot they were up there for a few days as I went back to the fridge instead to get those beers, totally forgetting until a few days later I found a cr...

I would also check the hose between the air cleaner and the throttle body. I had a similar problem and there was a crumbled hole in an out of sight part of that hose. I drive a standard and sometimes coming off the highway it would die on a feeder road when the clutch was put in. It wasn't getting t...

I am having similar problems, as I have posted on here before. It is very baffling. I have gone over most everything myself as well. I have topped it up , cleaned out temp sensors, last year replaced the entire ****** compressor for around $1000, and here a similar problem is back. When I save up so...

*update - more problems* It works for a while (~15 minutes) then stops. If I turn it off, after several minutes I can turn the Ac back on and it will work again for a few minutes. My question - could it be water freezing in the system and then melting, or the expansion valve . I have read of this in...

I had the same problem, and after seeing the hint on volvospeed, and it didn't quite do what I wanted I got a little ticked off, accepted that I would have to buy a new arm, took the non working one off and crammed it in between the gap of the tailgate of an inlaw's truck and bent that sucker in tin...

*results from today's testing* Ok, now: 1. The temp sensors all work (supposedly) and are throwing no codes. 2. I put in as much coolant as it will take. 3. I jumpered the compressor and could hear it click and engage, and my wife could feel ice cold air come out. Here is where the problem arises. N...
