What's behind the access panel on the interior of the door posts, above the shoulder-belt retractors? I was hoping to find a belt tension adjustor, but when I pried the little plate off I had no idea what I was looking at.

2000 V70XC: In very hot weather--approx 85F-plus, the cabin fan works intermittently. About 5 to 30 minutes off, then on.
