I have a 2004 s60-R which has the same problem. I just learned that Volvo did a recall to change the fuel pressure sensor!!! you can find the recall at http://www.lemonauto.com/complaints/volvo/s60.htm ... I am in latin america so i don´t know if it applies but it should... I looked for it in autopa...
