i thought I had a charging system problem, but found the courtesy lights on the door were not turning off when the door was closed. Had to put my eye right on the door crack to see it. I have now removed it. Same with the courtesy lights near the feet on both sides. Some courtesy!

No, I don't have the old one. I assumed the new one was the correct size, but recently my son thought he overfilled the car with oil, but the car actually seemed to run better and the gas mileage (maybe coincidentally) got way better. Wish I kept the old one...Seems to be a common occurrence for it ...

The handle came off of my oil dipstick. I was able to get a new one from fcp groton, but now I am wondering if I am getting a proper reading when I check the oil. Can someone measure the dipstick on the 1998 Volvo V70? Thanks!
