Found a solution! I was unable to recycle to door locks with the buttons on the armrests because those buttons were dead. However, I put the key in the door and did 3 cycles of locked/unlocked and now everything works as it should!!!!!!! Sunroof, vanity lights, reading lights, door locks all working...

I got the clear plastic lens off, but there is another but there is another piece of plastic under the lens that I can't figure out how to remove.
Any advice for that one?
