Does anyone have torque specs for the AWTF-80 SC transmission, specifically the torque specs for the valve body? Any sites I could be directed to?
Thanks

Re: 2008 XC90 Torque Converter Lockup
Received this reply from a person monikered as Deeks, sounds reasonable to me: : Yes the convertor will go into lock-up at speeds as low as 30km/hr. in 3rd gear and should release on braking. I have had to replace a couple of the MY 07-08 6 speeds due to what was most likely a pressure bleed or valv...

2008 XC90 Torque Converter Lockup
I have a 2008 XC90 with the 3.2L six. I have a question concerning the 6 speed AWTF-80 SC transmissions. It deals with the torque converter lockup. Does the torque converter lock up in 3rd and 4th gears as well as the higher gears? Does the torque converter lockup disengage when the brakes are appli...

Re: 2007 XC90 Tranny(?) Shudders
I did change mine, and the shudder is still there. Still have to change out the drivers side front axle. Waiting for a little warmer weather.

Re: 2007 XC90 Tranny(?) Shudders
Did changing the fluid help the problem? I'm facing the same issues, looking for a solution. I've changed the passenger side axle and no change. Getting ready to change the driver's side axle. Maybe it is the trans fluid, since when I shift manually, the vibration is greatly reduced.

Re: 2007 XC90 Tranny(?) Shudders
Did you look into the possibility of inner cv joints on the front axles? Mine is doing the same thing and I'm going to change out the front passenger side tomorrow.

Re: 2008 xc90 Replacement front axles
It has 96,000 and the engine mounts seem ok. I'm pretty sure its the passenger front axle, as it only happens at 1500-2200 RPM's under load and mostly 3rd and 4th gear.

2008 xc90 Replacement front axles
I've got a low speed vibration upon accelerating, and from consensus, I'm pretty sure it the result of a bad passenger side front axle. My question, is finding a replacement axle. Plenty of choices for the V8, but I'm having a devil of a time finding something for the 3.2 6 cylinder. Does anyone hav...

Re: Bad misfire
An update:
I disconnected the wiring to the coil packs to #5 and #6 cylinders, and there is no difference in how the engine runs. So obviously, both cylinders are not firing.
