Received my refund in full!

Have you had any problems with the ETM? Mine did that a couple thousand miles before it finally really kicked the bucket; it would shake almost like it was about to stall out on stops. I took it out, used some throttle cleaner on it, and it was a nice temporary fix.

Talked to a lady at the help desk via phone, and after asking her supervisor, she informed me that I could infact get a refund on the ETM that I purchased online.

I bought my ETM on eBay for $300 last summer. I installed it myself, had it towed in, and payed $150 at the dealer to program it. What do you think the chances are of me getting a refund?
