I have a 19mm but have tried to get it straight by loosening the line from the top (from the pump).
No success yet!

I got the shaft in but now having an issue with the bolt/screw of the large fluid line. I posted some pics on the s80 forum because they had the rack issue! This is all I needed to do to complete the job but the bolt/screw isn't catching!

Any suggestions! I hate to take all of this apart again!

Yes I have taken the line completely off up top from the pump; just to get more leverage to turn it but still the same stoppage. I don't have the correct size to tap and die the parts!

Can anyone out there tell help me with putting the shaft of Rack and pinion back into the steering wheel coupling? This is the place that I am stuck at the moment!
