The starts/idles were chuggy, I had to have the throttle way open to keep it idling. I agree the walls could be dry. I'll try the oil trick if the coolant sys holds pressure. Any easy way to determine if it is the radiator that has the breach? A bad radiator would be an easy one to fix.
