Got a few probs on my 99s80 t6

1. Blueish smoke on start up and when i stuck my finger up the exhust pipe and to the side there was oil on my finger?

2. The hose that leads from the turbo just after the twin pipe that runs over the top of the engine, I took it off and there is oil on the walls ...
