Mannnnnn.....same thing is happening to my 2005 XC90. I can't help you with your question re service bulletin but for my issue it comes from the ABS hydraulics. And accordingly I have to change the whole ABS hydraulic component. It will cost thousands. At the moment I am holding it off just making s...
